**From June 1st to September 30th, a $5 (five US dollars) charge is added for each Friday and Saturday on a daily reservation.
**Check-in is at 12 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
**Cancellation Policy: We require guests to give 72 hours’ notice to cancel their reservation and avoid any charges. Failure to cancel your reservation 72 hours before your scheduled arrival will result in a charge for either the length of your stay or 3 nights, whichever is less.
